I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, always there when I needed something. They had a great tirolian outfit, which added to the charm of the place. The hotel was quiet and laid back, perfect for relaxation. The sauna was a big plus for me, and the spacious common areas were great for hanging out with friends.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was exceptional! They were very friendly and always willing to help, making our stay enjoyable. , the common areas were quite spacious and cozy, making it easy for our group to spend time together. The sauna was a fantastic addition to the facilities and our group made full use of it during our stay.
The decor in the rooms might not be to everyone's taste, with some outdated furniture and fixtures. The location was not ideal for those wanting to be in the center of town, but we found it peaceful and quiet.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always available and helpful, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. the common areas were spacious and perfect for gathering with friends to relax and enjoy activities in the evening. As for the rooms, although they had a charming Tyrolean decor, they were clean and well-maintained. the sauna was a fantastic feature, allowing for a bit of relaxation after a day of skiing. the quiet and laid-back atmosphere of the hotel made it the ideal place to rest and unwind.
The hotel could benefit from updating some of the interior design, particularly the older radiator in my room.

The staff here were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful that they made me feel like I was part of their family. They were always there for me when I needed help, but they never intruded on my privacy. the common areas were spacious enough that I could watch TV, play games, or have a drink with friends. the sauna was also a big hit; I felt rejuvenated after using it. the decor was distinctive and intriguing.
I couldn't find anything wrong with this place. Everything was as described, and even the old radiators worked!
